PHASE 1
Design development and planning.
This is where we gather input from the client in order to develop their design and schemes. We will talk about your design preferences and requirements for the space. Final concept plans will include floor plans, elevations and details as necessary to convey design intent.
PHASE 2
Product specification and detailing.
During this phase specific products, fabrics, accessories, lighting, etc are specified and ordered. A proposal will be provided outlining costs and specifications. Delivery and installation will be arranged.
PHASE 3
Project management and facilitation.
Design and products are delivered and installed. Periodic site visits to make sure the results align with the design intent.
